Medical Mistakes May Be Covered Up at Hospitals

Such deaths stem from suicides, fatal drug overdoses, wrongful surgeries, falls and medical errors by doctors, surgeons nurses and pharmacists.

Patient Death at NC Medical Center May Be Due to Aggressive Security Guards

My colleague Emily Brannon wrote recently on our firm’s Carolina personal injury attorneys’ website about a patient dying at a North Carolina medical facility when allegedly aggressive security guards placed the person in a choke hold while he was waiting for the emergency room.  Later, hospital workers were too slow to resuscitate the schizophrenic patient, according to a lawsuit filed in September 2011 by the patient’s mother.
