NC Girl Survives Two Days After Being Pinned in Overturned Car

By Jim Lewis, Carolina Personal Injury Lawyer

My colleague Randy Appleton wrote recently on our firm’s Carolina personal injury attorneys’ website about a 9-year-old who was stranded in an overturned car for two days with her dead father. The car’s speedometer read 110 mph when found. This accident reminds us of the damages that result when people speed in North Carolina.
